Okay, what’s a “hard gainer?”
He, or she, is a person who finds it difficult - if not impossible - to make progress in the gym. Or, put another way, when doing bodybuilding or weight training workouts, he cannot put on any weight.
Hard gainers are typically skinny, with low body fat, slight frames, and are sometimes hyperactive “A types.”
I have written this brief report to show how a hardgainer can build muscle. There are complete workout and eating plans. And this is coming from the horse’s mouth -
